Notes
Seep grains for 30 minutes at 155 degrees. Add boiling hops at the start of the boil then at 30 minutes add the Aroma hops and continue boil for another 15 minutes, 45 minute total boil time. Add Irish Moss with 12 minutes left in the boil.
