Notes

Very fine crush. Used rice hulls. After Beta rest, had trouble getting mash temp to 155. Used too much water additions so I drew off 1 gal thin mash and brought to boil added this back to mash. Stabilized at 155. Added .25 Mt Hood to the first decoction.
