1 Make starter 2L water with 7.2 oz DME
2 Mill Grains
3 Heat 7.5 gal water to 161 F in Mash Tun
4 Stir in grains and flaked barley
5 Mash for 1 hour at 150 F
6 Heat 14 gal spare water to 175 F
7 Once Mash is done, heat mash tun and stir in boiling water into grain bed until temperature reaches 168 F
8 Rest 5 min
9 recirculatie 4 pitchers for a total of 20 min
10 Sparage with 170F water for 1 hour Collect 12.5 gal
11 Boil wort for 60 min
12 Add hops at 60 min
13 Add Irish Moss at 15 min
14 Put wort chiller in boiling pot at 15 min
15 Cool wort and transfer to fermenter
16 Aerate wort and pitch yeast
17 Ferment between 68-72 F
18 Keg after 2 week - Unless your in a hurry, then keg when its done fermenting
