Notes
After 8 days I dry hopped 50g of Citra for another 8 days. The beer was fantastic. Lovely hop nose with plenty of citrus flavour, nice body and finished with a neat bitterness. This is one I have made a few times now and is my favourite right now. I primed with soft brown sugar as I had nothing else. Worked well, and may have contributed.
