Notes

Took 2 oz. of Oak chips and soaked in enough Maker's Mark to cover them up in a small mason jar. Let it sit for a month and added 2.5 fl. ounces of filtered bourbon into secondary. Store in cool and dark place for 2 months and keg.

Turned out pretty good. I think I would use roasted barley in place of chocolate next time and incorporate some golden promise into the base bill.
