  • Final gravity is about. 5°P: Final ABV 5.2% (attenuation=70%)

  • 100 vanilla beans (caviar removed) soaked in 0.5L of vodka for 5 days and added to the secondary.

  • The amount of beer bottled and keged was 760 liters (see filling reports). Very probably there were not 10hl in the fermentor but 900L. 15%-20% lost during bottleling.
