London Ale III put in secondary at 1.001 with 1oz Citra & .5 ounces of Galaxy and Nelson
French Saison @ 1.006 we did the same hops

Bottled 1.6 gals of French Saison. Used 1.4 oz sucrose with 1 cup water for priming (DIPA carbonation for 2 gals of beer). Squeezed hop bag into bottling bucket.

Bottled 1.6 gals of English Ale. Used 1.4 oz sucrose with 1 cup water for priming (DIPA carbonation for 2 gals of beer) but used slightly less priming sugar concoction. Squeezed hop bag into bottling bucket.
