Mini-Rant: This is not an Anchor Steam clone. If a dead-on Anchor clone is submitted, judges will say the beer is under-hopped and not bready/toasty enough. I prefer Anchor's version (92:8 2-Row to Medium Crystal). This batch is a test of my theory that judges "expect" a Munich-driven malty lager, not a close approximation of Anchor Steam.
