Notes

7/5/16 - into fermenter, topped with 5 litres of water to 1.058. Pitched with slurry from mosaic smash (US-05).

19/5/16 - 1.022 ?fermented too cool. Swirled. Will pitch extra US-05

24/5/16 - 25g centennial & 25g amarillo dry hop into fermenter via hop sock. FG 1.019 - don't think it is going to get any lower after warming etc.

28/5/16 - Bottled

5/6/16 - first taste. Good but astringent, I believe I mashed out too hot, lost control of the mash out. Will see if it mellows.
