Brewed 5/20 - Had issues with new fittings on kettle which lost a great deal of my brewing salts and an uncareful eye led to going well over the mash temps and schedule - all in all probably evened out to 167F. OG 1.055 via hydrometer going into the fermenter. Unfermented wort tastes great, excellent hop balance with nice solid body.
