Notes

Mash grains at 150 F for 30 minutes then remove approx 2 Qt's of thick mash into another pot. bring thick mash to boil stirring constantly for 15 minutes. add the boiled grains back into the mash ton until the temp reach's 156 F and continue with Sac rest #2.

NOTE: yeast will actually be harvested from Spencer American Trappist ale bottle's.
