173 just a bit high on mash charge temp. Had to stir several mins. Yielded 154.6 in mash tun.

Mash & sparge volumes - yielded 6.5 gals. (1 lb less grain than usual). Needed to add back 0.35 gals to primary.

Honey added after boil. OG = 1.045
