Notes

Brewed on 1/30/16. BIAB. Warm water to 150-155 and steep 1 hr. Thorough sparse. Could have used 1 oz. Centennial for 60 min and 2 oz Citra at flame out. OG 1.052. Concerned too much air exposure when poured into secondary.
OG 1.052 FG 1.01=5.41% ABV.
Secondary 2/6/16. Keg 2/20/16.
