Brewed this the first time and tapped the keg on 12-10-15. Great smell, flavor and color, came in a bit more bitter than the estimated 66 IBU, especially the first few glasses off the keg. I altered the recipe to bring the estimated IBU down to 60-61 which should refine the finish taste of the beer.

Tweaked the recipe and brewed this again on 2-19-16. Came in a little higher then the recommended 1.057 OG at 1.069, came out perfect with great starting flavor and an awesome finish of tropical flavors from the Amarillo and Mosaic dry hop. FG was 1.022 resulting in a 6.18% ABV. Just trying to repeat it a few more times before I enter it in a local tasting.
