Hi :) I was wondering what was the outcome if this recipe ? I have a concern about the yuzu juice, I have heard people saying that the Yuzu does seem to have preservatives. While these preservatives usually don't kill yeast, they just inhibit growth. wich could be a problem for bottle fermentation ? Thx :)
