Notes

Brewed 11/4. Yeast over 6 months old and visible activity did not start until 4 days later. Blew top off at 1 1/2 weeks. Todds basement.

Primary will be 3 weeks +. Need starter yeast next time.

Racked 11/28. FG 1.014. Secondary might be called for due to sediment and still sweet?

In Secondary for 4 weeks. Sweet results.
