Notes

This is intended to be a Summertime Shandy, not like your boring run-of-the-mill Lager with Lemonaide. This Imperial IPA is blended 2:1 with Sweetened Grapefruit Juice.

Make sure you buy grapefruit juice that has no Preservatives in it if you intended to bottle. Also, plan on checking the carbonation every few days or so after your initial 2 weeks, and pasteurize the bottles.

If you can Keg, get Juice with preservatives, and make sure you kill the yeast, Sodium Benzoate/Potassium Metabisulfate/ Potassium Sorbate.
