This is a doubled recipe from the Clawhammer YouTube video for Rye Czech Dark Lager. I don't like all the calculated results (especially SRM), but I'm trying not to F with it. I'm also dubious about the 30 min boil etc, but hey... it's only 10 gal & $100.
