Notes

Mash in at 156 for 60 minutes. Collect 1 gal of first runnings and boil into a syrup. Reduce to 1-2 cups. Add this back into the remaining collected wort for boil. This will darken the color up to about 22 srm and add the traditional malty sweetness to the ale.
Fement at 62-64F. keep cooler to avoid the fruity esters.
