Notes
In 2 Gallons of Water - Simmer All Roots and Spices EXCEPT Winter Green
-Simmer for 25 minutes at 195.
-Add Wintergreen and simmer for another 10 minutes
Strain through a cheesecloth into Kettle
Add Sugars, Honey, Molasses, Lactose and Maltodextrin and stir until dissolved
NOTES
Be light on:
Clove
Anise
Wintergreen
Basically all the spices....
Don't use heavy blackstrap molasses
