Notes

In 2 Gallons of Water - Simmer All Roots and Spices EXCEPT Winter Green
-Simmer for 25 minutes at 195.
-Add Wintergreen and simmer for another 10 minutes

Strain through a cheesecloth into Kettle

Basically all the spices....
Don't use heavy blackstrap molasses
