Notes

A recipe made in honor of my brother-in-law who recently passed. Bob spent a good portion of his life in Texas and fell in love with Corona Premium. I did convince him to check out the local craft brewers' products, which he did and greatly enjoyed. But Corona was always his go-to beer. This is my first attempt at fermenting with Lager yeast, but I hope the result will satisfy Bob's thirst for a good Mexican Lager. Cheers to you Brother Bob! This one is for you, my friend!
