Odd decoction: 70C rest for 15 min followed by 30 min boil
First decoction is mostly grain
Second decoction is mostly liquid
Pitch at 11C (52F) for one day, then ramp to 15 C (59F) over the next 4 days.
I'm pitching on 3 gal yeast cake of G02 from Cream Ale
Acid Malt for pH adj to 5.4
