This beer is just about perfect. I took some down to my local beer store where they have Rochefort Tripel on tap. Frankly, the Rochefort wasn't nearly as good. The proprietor and the other guests agreed. You need to make sure that you cold crash and then condition for a couple of weeks. Then enjoy!
