Using up hops. Citra for Nugget. Challenger for Cascade (Challenger is not a natural sub for Cascade).

Rounded up to 1KG Cara Malt from 800g recipe

Used orange peel, no grapefruit

Put all dry hops in boil at 50 by mistake. Peel in boil and fermenter with 3 days to bottle.

OG 1052. FG 1010. 4.7%

Attenuation - 80%
