did lactic acid and glucabuster enzyme and overnight mash and still had shit efficiency. Missing grain???

on + side if it was 15lb of grain which is should have been since I double checked weight at the store, it drained great. Did 2 big handfuls of rice hulls and I had pump to 50% and it wasn't going above drain hole all night
