Notes
1kg cane sugar is actually 1l of grape concentrate. Worked out more or less the same in terms of gravity, but add 1l to the final volume.
The concentrate was voigner, the ratio of which works very well with the beer. No concentrate flavour was present but not as much depth as I would have liked.
4 weeks in the keg has improved the situation greatly. Good depth and balance.
