Ferment with repitched W-34/70 slurry under 10–15 psi at 60–64 °F (16–18 °C) for 5–7 days, then cold crash and lager for 2–3 weeks. RO water profile: Ca 50 ppm, Mg 8 ppm, Na 10 ppm, Cl 40 ppm, SO4 70 ppm. Serve 2.5 vol CO2 at 38 °F.
