La idea es sacar 45 litros de mosto de malta con una densidad aproximada a 1050
Por otro lado tenemos el 15% de mosto de vino, osea 10 litros pero para compensar la evaporación echaremos 12.
Cuándo queden 20min de cocción del mosto de malta echamos el de vino para pasteurizar pero de estos 10 litros colaremos 6 y cuatro lo echaremos con piel, para extraer algún tanino.
Al final la gravedad tiene que estar cercana a 1060 y tener unos 65 litros.
