Notes
New thought process in return from extended absence. Not so may battle to produce during this brew with a thought that it us an easier process.
Filled for first time to max in kettle. Decanted 5l for sparge water post treatment. Leaving approximately 20l in kettle for mashing.
Grains added to kettle at 72, down to 67. Left mash 5 minutes to settle, stirred and temp 67.5.
Sparge water boiled and left to rest.
