1 t lactic in boil
clarifying tablet

The 2nd candi sugar went into fermentor w the 6 oz of dme and enough water to make it work. This program had an error and would not account for the gravity change if I clicked on fermentor addition so I needed to say it was in the boil to get the correct calcuclations.
