mashed 147 for 75 mins
raised temp to 170 for 20 mins
og 1.047

mild boil since i dont want a high abv

wow. with about 10 mins left, I accidently shut down boil. After I realized this, as i had a hose sanatizing, i reinitiated the boil. took about 20 mins to get there, held it for 10 mins then shut it down.

tilts sa 1.045, hydrometer says 1..045
