Notes

Made a yeast started from puffed out Wyeast packet. Added the small amount of Citrus hops for the boil as I discovered the Hallertau hops had a very low IBU when I started to brew. Experimenting with the honey at the end of the boil - from our 2024 fall hive harvest. feremny temp is 70-71 deg (basement).
