- Added 0.8 ml lactic.
- pH est = 5.45. Act. = 5.18. WTF? Added 1.1g b.soda. Test again: pH 5.25. Might be time for a new probe or pH meter. Added 0.4 extra b.soda to hedge my bets.
- OG = 5.75 gal @ 11.9 brix (1.048). 78% efficiency.
