Process Tips
• Add salts to strike and sparge water separately if you want to keep mash pH in a tighter window
• Suggestion: add 70% of salts to strike water, 30% to sparge
• Add acid to strike water only
• You don’t need to acidify sparge water with RO unless your pH is rising too high (>6.0) |
