Notes

cooled wort down with a immersion cooler down from a boil to 26°c

fermenter:
temperature was kept at 27°c the cycle lasted 17 days before Kegging.

cold crash beer before kegging and I let the kegs stay at 28°c max for 2-4 weeks before chucking in fridge to drink.

kegged up and used a 75% nitrogen to 25% CO2 mix. ABV was around 4.5-4.7%

overall pretty happy with the brew.
what I might change next time is the length of the roasted barley steeping time to 5-10mins more as the taste is a little bit less of a smokey taste to what a normal Guinness tastes of.
