Mash
Warm water to 68 degrees then add the grain
Bottling
5-7 gram sugar pr liter beer mixed with 2dl boiled water.
Cool water to same temp as the beer u are about to bottle.
Transfer your beer from the original container to your bottling container.
Transfer 5 liters of beer, then gentle pour your sugarwater in the container with the 5 liters beer after that transfer the rest of the remaining beer
and then bottle it afterwards
