Notes

Rolled oats were toasted in the oven at 220 C. In a baking dish (not too full, no more than 3cm deep with oats), checked and turned every 15 minutes until golden (around an hour).

Amylase added to the mash - the amylase I use requires 10 drops per 5L of mash.
