Best guess on the steeping grain blend (proprietary) for the Fat Friar recipe (link below). Stats call for 15 SRM and 25 IBU w/ Willamette and Fuggles hops as specified above. Not sure how to hit the 25 IBUs.
Brewed 12-16-23 w/ OG @ 1.051/1.052. Pitched 2 pks US-05 @ 74 F.
