Had to replace Mosaic hops with Simcoe due to lack of availability. Originally planned to use 3 oz Simcoe and 2 oz Mosaic. Changed to 5 oz Simcoe. Mosaic (.5 oz each): 15 min boil, 5 min boil, 15 min hop stand, 5 day dry hop.
