Notes

Experimental using old hops 5-7 years old all stored in freezer in vacuum sealed bags. Very happy with how it turned out, OG was 1.034, FG was 1.010 mash was at 156F. Very west coast like, lots of grapefruit character, body medium not light or watered down.
