I mean to brew something similar next. Would you recommend cocoa rather than bitter chocolate? Did you use (spear- or pepper-) mint leaves or what?<br>Cheerio<br>Mick

Cocoa usually have more oils and fats than bitter chocolate which can drastically change the character of your brew. I also used spearmint for this batch
