Notes
Decided to cold steep and mash cap the Roast Malts to decrease bitterness. Took 1 litre from the mash and cold steeped for 24 hours in a coffee Plunger. Fine grind the roast malts. At end of the mash add grinds to top of mash and Vorlauf 15 - 20 min. Add steeped liquid to boil.
