Notes

Steep crushed grains water at 152 °F for 45 minutes.

Remove grain and sparge.

Add dried malt extract and water, topping up the kettle to 3 gallons.

Boil 60 minutes

Cool, transfer to fermenter and top up to 5 gallons.

After fermentation, add in 1oz of maple extract.

Add in 1 tsb of gelatin (boiled with one cup)
