Used 5 lbs of flaked cereal grains that had (red wheat, white wheat, rye, triticale, and oats) and 6.5 lbs of 6-row barley.

Mash temp = 153 degrees F for 60 minutes.

OG = 5.75 gallons = 11.4 Brix = 1.046 g/L
FG = 5.7 Brix = 1.009 g/L after alcohol correction
