following Gordon Strong somewhat:

so - I plan to do my hop additions to the boil and at flame out remove them - cool it to 160 deg and then do hop stand with hop stand hops same amount as would be dry hops for 30 mins at 160.

I am upping the Hop utilization for the FWH to 200% witch gives me 20% said to be typical for home brewers
