Strike volume = 9 gallons at 154 F to hit mash temp = 149 degrees F
Mash was 60 minutes long

Pitched Nottingham Ale at 8:30 pm when wort was ~80 degrees F.
Kegged all five gallons on 8/30/2022. Beer was super clear.
