Made for Octoberfest party 2022. Homebrew shop out of light Munich - replaced with 50/50 split of Vienna and dark Munich. Pressure fermented (~10 psi) at room temperature then a couple of weeks cold https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/1297651/marzen#topconditioning. Pretty underwhelming when initially kegged; carbonated slightly higher and conditioned an additional few weeks, and it improved dramatically. Not my favorite style of beer, but this one wound up clean and to style.

Revisited for Octoberfest party 2023. All light Munich as initially intended this time. More balanced and more to my taste, would bump it up a star to 4/5.
