Notes

1lb per gallon is suggested. Probably won't have that much but we'll see.

Freeze. Put in a sanitized blender with some sterile water to make a puree. or you can make puree and heat it to sanitize. (add and candi sugar to this?) Rack into secondary and add puree. Perhaps filter the puree first to get some of the seeds out?

Sit for a week. After secondary, cold crash for 24 hours. Put cheese cloth over keg to catch seeds.
