Bottled about 4.5 gal total June 30 2022 with 7.4 ozs DME

Tested a bottle July 12 (because I am impatient, mind ya bizness)
Ever so slightly carbonated. Smells amazing, taste is still very sweet. Needs time to condition. Will likely give it another month or two
