Day 23 - Dry hopped

Day 26 - Gravity reading: 1.02 (We are ready to bottle!)
Gravity sample smells and tastes incredible!

Don’t have enough bottles. Bottling will happen tomorrow…

Bottled about 4.5 gal total June 30 2022 with 7.4 ozs DME

Tested a bottle July 12 (because I am impatient, mind ya bizness)
Ever so slightly carbonated. Smells amazing, taste is still very sweet. Needs time to condition. Will likely give it another month or two
