Notes
Prost Ghosts! This is a German-Style Märzen lager (Oktoberfest) made for that special spooky time of year! I took last years recipe and made it even more traditional. This year, we are lucky to have Laue Bierhaus help out again so we could have more. Kick off your Halloween/Fall season with a stein of both version of this homebrew!
Malt: Pilsner, Munich (Light), & Melanoidin
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh
Yeast: SafLager S-23 Dry German Lager
